The hotel offers spacious rooms that are very nice, perfect for attending a Diamondbacks game, and I was extremely satisfied with the service. The location is close to sporting venues, bars, and restaurants, making it a perfect spot. However, the air conditioning blowing onto the bed was uncomfortable. The dining experience was well done overall, but during the week, it was a bit of a letdown. Great customer service and great value for money.

My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms, while spacious and accommodating, had a slightly warm and humid ambiance due to the leftover water from previous guests. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with every employee being friendly, courteous, and willing to assist. The location was superb, offering easy access to downtown entertainment and a variety of dining options. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a free item and coffee provided at the bistro, but the breakfast options were not very appealing.
